Mark reCatchable as unmaintained #185

Papeer is a golang version of reCatchable by the same author. reCatchable is archived on GitHub and will have no new updates.

Upon reviewing the repo, while it does have the remarkable-tablet tag and was a rewrite of reCatchable, it doesn't seem to have remarkable specific functionality.

Agreed that the re-write made the utility more destination agnostic. I still think it makes sense to include it because it is an evolution of reCatchable, though I am OK with not including it as the reCatchable repo does include a redirect to Papeer. 😄

In that case, I'll remove papeer from the changes and we'll just mark reCatchable as unmaintained.
