To be included in D3.2 at:

https://github.com/reTHINK-project/dev-service-framework

Take into account D3.1 material

I've moved Hyperty Framework specs to dev-service-framework.

I Know @shumy is updating the syncher docs to be included in D3.2: can we also include the ones from URLFactory, MessageFactory and the hypertyDiscovery?

Some changes to service framework readme as proposed in #163

@acheambe Let me know what you think @vitormsilva pls also check

Okay. I find the proposal good. I just need to understand the difference between user and developer.

For the service framework, the user view is for the one that is using the service framework libs to build Hyperties or Apps, and it would correspond to https://github.com/reTHINK-project/dev-service-framework/tree/d3.2-working-docs#my-first-rethink-applications.

The Developer view is for the one that contributes for the development of the service framework itself eg the syncher development or a new factory lib development, and it would corrrespond to https://github.com/reTHINK-project/dev-service-framework/tree/d3.2-working-docs#service-framework-developer-view.
