The main goal of WP3 is to provide the reTHINK core framework comprised by the runtime environment where Hyperties are executed and the messaging nodes used to support messages exchange between Hyperties.
The Requirements chapter I find suffered from the automation process from Git. There are text repetitions and no consistent fashion of presenting the information along all requirement sections. Here I think a Tabular or bullet representation of the requirement would be reader friendly
