GReg 0.3.2

A new version of the GReg is available in the GitHub repository. Please be advised that our seeding server changed (was: 130.149.22.133, now: 130.149.22.220), which is NOT YET running due to administration issues. Until this is fixed, other nodes cannot join the ring. Hence, please wait with upgrading the 0.3.x GReg nodes until Felix announces that the seeding server is up and running.

I set up the server and installed the GReg version 0.3.2: http://130.149.22.220:5002/

When you start another node with version 0.3.2, it should automatically connect to the existing DHT.
