Generating docs #20

I'm a bit confused of, what tool is decided to be used for JS documents? It seems that the already available docs used ESDoc, but the gulp task is pointing to JSDoc! What was the decision behind ESDoc? We need to decide what tool to use in all repositories for this. We also need to specify the output folders.

You can use the JSDoc...was just testing out the ESDOC. I will remove from repository...
