Consumers Alice and Bob are Identified by their Service Providers

They do not know each other, but have access as anonymous participants to the conversation
Description:

In this Use case conversation participants are anonymous mode, i.e. without disclosing their identities.

Alice and Bob may use fake identifiers that are presented to each other
Alice and Bob may exchange messages
Alice and Bob may talk each other
Alice and Bob may see each other with some visual filters to hide their real images
illegal or offending material shared in the conversation is traceable back to its author by Conversation organiser

The city administration of Bersabon is planning to rebuild an old, historic building that has been mostly destroyed by an earthquake. As the project would be very cost intensive, the city administration wants to allow the people of Bersabon to discuss the matter. In order to preserve privacy, everyone should be able to join the discussion anonymously. The Hypertie infrastructure allows people of Bersabon to send messages, which are then published anonymously. This way, Alice and Bob can argue about benefits and drawbacks of the project without getting to know each other's identity. Anyhow, in case a participant publishes illegal of offending material, the Hypertie system is able to trace the material back to it's author. I've moved to Smart City Scenario description here to make the use case agnostic of the service scenario.

We are used to manage a concept called "ephemeral identity" that can be used by anonymous users to get in contact with others in a group, conversation, etc. As mentioned in #85 and #86 we need a use case where one of the users is anonymous and the other one is public.
