@ZhanQuan123 Not sure what the issue is yet; seems to be something with windows updates and the python path.

@ZhanQuan123 I've updated the dependencies of this project, let me know if that fixes it for you. I am going to close this issue unless you continue to have an error after the latest update of this package.
