Please update Fortran Win 32bit EXE file, and use new Fortran Win 64bit EXE file in MixWILD software #135

Hi,

As I mentioned in the meeting, our MixWILD use Fortran Win 32bit EXE file which created a crash when not including random scale in models. Please update Fortran Win 32bit EXE file, and use new Fortran Win 64bit EXE file in MixWILD software.

The new Fortran Win 64bit EXE file is saved in the Google Drive folder, winOS programs.
