I'll be using https://typegraphql.com/ to generate our GraphQL schemas, namely for the metadata and everything we know ahead of time.
I'm choosing Apollo because it's widely supported it's very easy to use and they also have a frontend package called Apollo Client which does a lot of good stuff for us
