What: make sure all existing parts of the project are accessible and usable, and for any problems encountered, fix them or put up an issue

Why: we want to start establishing accessibility and usability standards for the project

Implementation details:

Test that users can navigate by tabbing
Test screen reader accessibility
Follow accessibility/usability Wiki (#26)
Fix any problems or put up new issues
