Remove Crosby Herald #247

Please can we remove Crosby Herald from North West on the regions page as it no longer exists.

This is accomplished through the WordPress admin not via the code on GitHub.

Instructions:

  1. Edit the status to draft – this un-publishes the title from view on the site.
  2. Move to Trash – will delete the title from WordPress.
