Before launch add tests for Dynamic pricing:

Check that it applies in AvailabilityResults
Check that it applies in ResrvSearch scope
Check that the Checkout components:
- displays the right price
- displays an error if the Dynamic pricing changed
- handles adding - remove a coupon
