chore(deps): update stylelint v14.2.0 to v14.10.0 #190

updating the stylelint package

I've updated the stylelint package from v14.2.0 to v14.10.0. This version offers some fixes & a slightly leaner lock file.

To make this change, I also had to upgrade stylelint-config-recommended from version v6.0.0 to v9.0.0.

This dependency bump has been thoroughly tested.
