This will be the first Application that will be developed in the React Native Dojo.

Idea

App for Blood Donation

App's goals:: Engage people to donate blood; Learn bleeding edge technologies

Features that the App should be able to do:

• [ ] Show hospitals and local blood collections
• [ ] Push notification when blood stock is low, asking user to donate some blood
• [ ] Share on Social Networks
• [ ] Invite friends to use the app
• [ ] Charts with Blood Donation Statistics
• [ ] ... and so on - TODO - add more features later

You should click on Watch and Star buttons on top to follow the progress of this repo.

We will use Rounds (Milestones) of development. In each Milestones - N participants will focus on M issues.

@charbelrami I forget to explain this - We will use Rounds (Milestones) of development, in the first round, 4 people will work on some issues. In the next round, another users will be assigned to another tasks, based on the progress of the previous round

Guys, it's very important for everybody mind other products who has the same 'core' (blood donation), i found this article about some apps that could help and guide us in design and development (in portuguese).

Would be great to analyze this products and maybe provide something that they are not.

Last week we were discussing on Gitter about the right approach to proceed with the development of this Dojo

I didn't have time to discuss with @keuller and @henriquesosa what will be the next steps for this project.

@keuller proposed to start by the View (Web and Mobile) part instead of the Model.

The ideia would be to first design all the app using only mocked (fake) data without server interaction, and after that we start to develop the server as well.

I really want this to work out to everybody here, and I would like to here some feedback on this discussion, feel free to go to Gitter and discuss with us
