Update to latest dependencies #11

I updated as many of the dependencies as possible. This obviously excludes React-Native(=0.55.4) as mentioned in: https://blog.expo.io/expo-sdk-v29-0-0-is-now-available-f001d77fadf

I was also unable to update XDL to anything larger than 48.3.0. Anything above, and the packager would just hang without any observable errors.

@brentvatne Are plans to keep maintaining/using this repo or do you have something else planned for expo-cli?

hey @cem2ran! I don't plan on maintaining this at the moment - would you like to own it? we don't have plans for expo-cli changing this situation at all either
