position: static; 情况下不记录滚动条宽度 #119

问题重现

pro 的功能条里切换成头部导航和固定 Header, 关闭抽屉没有回收 width； Kapture 2019-11-29 at 13 54 58

@shaodahong 有空搞下不？？？

做个记录，，如果打开时有设置了样式，，关闭时把这些样式全部清除。。。

可能改了布局啥的现在看不到 bug 了，确认下没问题就可以关了

不是，我看的 antd pro 预览，现在结构都变了，bug 也莫名其妙的消失了

再过几年我辫子可能也没了
