feat: add `freeze` and `clickable` APIs #1001

`freeze`

freeze will take left or right as legitimate value. If set to left, Range will freeze the relative distances between the changing value and values at left, and right freezes values at right.

`clickable`

If clickable set to false, clicking on tracks/rail will not change any value, useful when you need to control the values.
