Typo: "recommend" instead of "recommended" #1032

I've identified a recurring typo in the documentation across three files:

1) ApiRefTable.tsx 2) useForm/watch.mdx 3) UseFieldArrayContent.tsx

I suggest changing instances of "recommend" to "recommended" in the mentioned files to maintain consistency and accuracy in the documentation.
