replace ASCII branch strategy with an image #240

This PR replaces the ASCII branch strategy in the Readme with an SVG image.

The image itself has been designed in a way to fit quite well in light and dark mode on GitHub, but colors or contrast still might need some tweaks. Most of the colors came from the React Native website theme.

Also the source file (Illustrator AI) has been added to the repository.

Seems like an extra "whoops, fix feature A" was introduced in the new SVG after "yikes, fix feature A more". That confused me when reading the new graph, was the change intentional?

Hi @stianjensen, thank you for pointing this out! It looks like oversight, sorry about that. I'm going to update the graph soon 🙂
