fix branch strategy visualization graph #243

Refs #240

As @stianjensen spotted in the comment, the new branch strategy visualization includes a mistake (an additional box) which can confuse the users. The problematic box was not present in the original graph.

This PR fixes this issue and updates SVG file and Illustrator AI.
