Missing diffs for latest releases react-native-windows versions

React Native versions

React Native Windows 0.69.X but more specifically 0.69.6 https://github.com/microsoft/react-native-windows/releases

Steps to reproduce

Visit https://react-native-community.github.io/upgrade-helper/?&package=react-native-windows&language=cpp In the To which version would you like to upgrade? selector the highest version is 0.69.0-preview.7

Describe what you expected to happen:

I would expect to see all released versions of 0.69.X
