Migrating from 0.64.2 to 0.67.4 is throwing `FATAL ERROR: Reached heap limit Allocation failed - JavaScript heap out of memory` #196

i too had this issue upgrading to SDK47. I was only able to fix by deleting my yarn lock & reinstalling. not a good solution
