Things I’ve done to figure out my issue

Steps followed --

  1. Ran npx react-native upgrade 0.70.12
  2. Ran npx @rnx-kit/align-deps --requirements react-native@0.70.12 followed by npx @rnx-kit/align-deps --requirements react-native@0.70.12 --write
  3. Followed all changes given at https://react-native-community.github.io/upgrade-helper/?from=0.67.2&to=0.70.12
  4. Normal cleaning rebuilding - Deleting node_modules followed by running yarn and then gradlew clean

Extra notes --

  1. I am using "rn-nodeify": "^10.3.0" and thus after yan i use ./node_modules/.bin/rn-nodeify --hack --install --yarn
