☂️ Improvement ideas for Upgrade-(Support|Helper)

This issue is to gather ideas to improve Upgrade-Support and Upgrade-Helper.

• [ ] Write upgrading guides in .md files instead of issues so it's easier to collaborate;
  • [ ] The .md files could have a header or footer listing the contributors.
  • [ ] The guides can also be showcased in the Upgrade-Helper website.
• [x] Check if the new GitHub's Discussion feature would match well with Upgrade-Support and, if it does, get it running (under work, got a meeting with @github on April 21st details below 👇);
• [ ] Curate and showcase useful questions/solutions in Upgrade-Helper website under Troubleshooting (coming soon - waiting for the possible Discussion feature).

Had a talk with GitHub about the Discussion feature yesterday, a few points:

• There's currently no way to add labels to a Discussion, apparently this is being worked on;
• There's no way to add labels so:
  • There isn't a clear way to define a Discussion as a "Solution" or "Question";
  • No way (that I can think of at the moment) to showcase curated _Discussion_s in Upgrade-Helper.

I would say we can keep this on hold (we already have the feature available but disabled at the moment) until we have a clearer way of integrating on the flow.
