Proposal to work on a Alert Component #2

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please Describe. Yes, we don't have an alert component currently. So we can have an addition of the same.

Describe the solution you'd like Have alert for warning, error, success, info. This will be a display component that would be invoked on events. This would have a title and icon and text.

Describe alternatives you've considered There's nothing yet. But it would be helpful to the community IMO

Additional context The concept would be something similar to https://material-ui.com/components/alert/
