React Native Skeleton Style Loading Component

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please Describe. I've always wanted a react native skeleton style loading animation while fetching data to my app in react-native-elements library, but for that, I have to use another library, if we add that component in this library, it'll be very useful for many react-native-elements users.

Describe the solution you'd like I want to make a simple yet fully customizable functional component using react hooks to achieve loading animation in a Skeleton-style that will work in both iOS and Android.
