fix completion handler constants #172

Summary

the constants used in the readme are those for requesting permissions from user, not for displaying a notification

Looks right to me; the doc for that looks like it's https://developer.apple.com/documentation/usernotifications/unnotificationpresentationoptions?language=objc.
