Does anybody know a way to update this library so we can add cell numbers or voip uuid's to blocked list for ios?

Unfortunately, those are mostly your responsibility:

To block regular cell number, you need another library, RNCallKeep doesnt support this
To block voip uuid, you need to handle it in your server side code to not send PN for those uuid

Is this something on the timeline? With CallKit, we can still block the incoming phone numbers. https://developer.apple.com/documentation/callkit
