Horizontal scroll not working with carousel

Bug description: I am using webview to embed youtube video in my react native snap carousel, and I have enabled inline media playback, but once the video starts playing the horizontal scrolling gets disabled. Before that it is enabled.

To Reproduce: Use youtube embed inside webview, and try to scroll horizontally in case of carousel. Also, this happens only on iOS not on android.

Expected behavior: I should be able to scroll horizontally as it is working in android.
