this seems pretty reasonable although i'm not a huge fan of this additional boilerplate. we're still at a place where react-navigation isn't really usable on the web and i'd like to see some ergonomics improvements on that front before we inconvenience people using react-native on ios and android for web. i'd prefer to go the direction of making all of the defaults work with minimal boilerplate on mobile and then when you use web you use different imports that give you the unwrapped versions
