Prepare query whenever necessary

• Prepares the query (adds ids) whenever necessary, not just on first render. Removes isFirstRender ref.
• Completely avoids the React "unique key" error (finally?).
• Makes the default accessibleDescriptionGenerator deterministic.
• Fixes SSR issues in the Next.js example.
