Initial README.md #181

This is part 2 of @zerocity 's feedback worth forwarding.

Adding an initial README.md would be a good idea where the base functionality of the generated project is described, how to add stuff, how to run the tests, first steps,... something like this.

Again, let me know what you thing and I will provide a PR.

I added some READMEs in the different folders for this case. However, we I have no problem with an initial README.md, maybe linking it to the ones already provided. Feel free to add a pr if you want to :+1:
