Hot reloader not working. #341

I recently updated my npm to version 5.2.0 and since then my webpack hot reloader is not working. When I save the file I have to restart the project using npm run serve to see the changes, it's pretty annoying.

Any idea how to fix this issue? Thanks

why not using 'YARN'
