React 16 support? #6

It's already released but peerDependencies are still < 16.0.0 Is there any technical limitations for upgrade? Sorry if i reporting in wrong repo

Hi,

Someone has to go through all the packages, test and PR the change. I won't have time to do it but I can review to work if someone is willing to do it.

I’m updating all Reactabular packages to support React 16 — there’s a lot of work but though.
