explain and showcase what "hydration" is and why it's necessary, even in server-side rendering
a comparison to how we used to build websites, and when we introduced the "hydration" problem
a look at how server components attempt to get us back to the old "static first" mindset, and reduce hydration in the process
a look at other frameworks that do "partial" and even "zero" hydration
