PR Summary

• Enhanced Workflow Triggers The trigger conditions for the job "Build and push Docker images" in our automated workflows have been expanded. It will not just respond to changes on 'main' and 'develop' branches, but will also get activated when any modifications are done in the 'feature/actions' branch. This allows more frequent builds and testing, leading to better quality control.

• Removed 'todo' File The 'todo' file, which is no longer necessary for the project, has been removed. This decluttering makes our codebase cleaner and easier to understand.
