Upgrade to Next 13 #241

This would us to use app router with server components, but we should still upgrade even if we continue using pages router.

See #211 and #239

Next 14 is out but we shouldn't have any back compatibility issues as long as TypeScript is up to date and there's no deprecation warnings.

@vcarl I can work on this unless you'd rather do it yourself.
