GraphQL Storefront - Checkout updates #45

Update checkout screens based on review:

[x] Update "Email address" collection section - move out of Shipping address
[x] Order summary column (line-item names; move "Add promo code" option here)
[x] Address validation mocks
[x] Add privacy/security language next to "Save payment method"
[x] Remove Gift Card option from mocks for now
[x] Remove "Sign Out" link in signed-in checkout - add "back to cart" somewhere

Updated in Zeplin; the Invision prototypes still need updating.
