(chore) remove old meteor version so images will build #38

Because of a bug in the older version of Node that these images use they, they see the Let's Encrypt certificates as expired even though they are not, so these no longer build.

I'm unclear what the purpose of still building these old images is so I have removed all of the 1.x series since we are on 2.x now.

This isn't the solution as all the Meteor images fail to build if not using the current patched version. Closing
