I guess the issue has been resolved in some other commit. Closing the request.

Yeah, I wanted to have it output the formatted usage instructions instead. I'm slowly adding subcommand help output to each of the commands. Also, the reaction plugins command is about to get a few additional subcommands, so I would've been adding that soon anyway.

Thanks for taking the time to submit a PR. It didn't make it in, but it ultimately led to getting the problem fixed. So thanks!
