Reaction Commerce does not provide an ability to customers to reuse previous bank cards without re-entering its credentials again:

Steps to reproduce the behavior

Just place a repeated order with Stripe.

This would be a great feature to have. We'd welcome a pull-request for it

I've seen this feature mentioned in marketing copy or a landing, any ETA on it, is someone actively working on it? Should I take it? or wait to 3.0 release?
