Report total # of records found on queries, pre-pagination #128

Include a total property on the response of all queries, that holds the # of records that satisfy the query, with any conditions applied, but before any filtering done by pagination parameters (first, last, etc) This will allow to show a pagination control on UI that shows number of pages besides 'Prev' and 'Next' buttons.

I just found you have a totalCount on the <..>Connection type. Closing.
