An implementation of Disqus would allow

i) creation of a Disqus community page for marketplaces ii) could be used to allow buyers to ask sellers questions about products

Apologies, I meant Discourse. https://www.discourse.org/. The implementation would be as simple as a static page "/community" using SSO as described here https://meta.discourse.org/t/official-single-sign-on-for-discourse-sso/13045.
