The TaxJar implementation has been in limbo, as we only completed TaxCloud and Avalara implementations.

There has been some community interest in seeing TaxJar completed. The current state of the code is that the package should work, but that the tax calculation / calls were never implemented.
If this code was completed, we should be able to release this new Tax option.

TaxJar team has suggested we could use: https://github.com/taxjar/taxjar-node
An appropriate task here would also be to update TaxJar Settings converted to react (likely still Blaze, as it was never enabled).
