User logout redirection issue

We have followed the Reaction Development Platform to install Reaction.

Prerequisites

[x] Are you running the latest version?
[x] Are you able to consistently reproduce the issue?
[x] Are you logged-in as a member?

Issue Description

Upon logout from member's area, it is not redirecting to login page or home page, it stays on the same page where it was and it shows a message that "Sorry! We couldn't find what you're looking for". Please refer to the below screenshots:

Steps to Reproduce

Login to reaction member's dashboard
Navigate to Profile > address
Click on logout

Possible Solution

Upon logout it should be redirected and should not display the message mentioned above.

System information

We are getting this error on multiple systems:

MAC OS Catalina
Ubuntu 20.04 LTS

This seems to be similar to another report issue: https://github.com/reactioncommerce/reaction-identity/issues/38

I'm going to move this ticket to the same repository.
