Expected behavior

The Stripe plugin should process the 3D Secured bank cards.

Actual behavior

The Stripe plugin is unable to process the 3D Secured bank cards: «Your card was declined».

Steps to reproduce the behavior

Use the Stripe's official 3D Secured test bank card number: 4000000000003063. 08
