in the case of a skill, 2 attributes will increase (or decrease) each level. these attributes can be anything - cooldown, mp cost, effects (maybe each effect should operate seperately - ie, you upgrade burn to level 2, you upgrade damage to level 2, etc). At level 5, all of them upgrade once.
