First front structure with list view. #4
I make a simple configuration to launch unit test with travis and saucelabs. #3
Add the travis build icon status on reactivity README

For now i only launch test on chrome latest version but this have to be chalanged when the compilation/transpilation step will be done.

I also connect travis to reactivity slack. in order to easily visualise build status.

Plz take a look. Need feedback on travis :) i think we can create dedicated job
