Translating HomeContent.js, also used rtl and ltr to adjust the text

Hey @tmtm8976, Thank you for your contribution. Currently, we are focusing on translating the docs located in src/content/learn and src/content/reference. We plan to address layouts and components once we've completed a significant portion of the documentation. Therefore, this pull request will temporarily be closed until we reach that stage.

Additionally, I'd like to emphasize that this forked repo is specifically for translating texts only. We won't refactor classes, attributes, or any code here to avoid potential conflicts when syncing with the main react.dev. For code refactoring, please submit your changes directly to the main branch.

By the way, there's already an open PR that handles all RTL styles, awaiting review. You can check it out here.

Thank you for your valuable feedback. I would like to translate as many pages as I can, and I will also check out the RTL styles PR.
