Chartjs version instructions #106

Currently it works with ChartJS v1 and we should denote it so it's clear for people how to install

Just installed it, but it seems to not work with that version, as the code asks for ~/chart.js/src/chart.js but for 1.1.1 there is no such file. Instead there is a ~/chart.js/Chart.js file.

Maybe wrong version?
